My, You've Got Your Hands Full.

I think this could be the most overstated phrase I hear from strangers or people I've just met. I thought of a great response today as I was doing housework: "Yes, I do, can I borrow one of yours!" Having four children ages 5 and under is busy, and I know some people know this firsthand. But, some people haven't a clue; like those at the grocery store who don't help put your bags in the cart or offer to open a door for you. I like having my hands extremely full so it doesn't bother me too much, but we all need to learn to look at the needs of others more. Most moms I know are working very hard; I'm glad I've learned this lesson firsthand. So, someday when mine are grown I can help the girl with her hands full.
