Crafty Wastefulness

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the mess of paper and craft projects? As a stay-at-home mom I do. Sometimes I just walk around the house throwing away these great "craft projects". We truly are very wasteful people in the typical American household, but I for one feel lost when it comes to trying to find any kind of manageable solution to the problem of paper clutter, clutter in general for that matter. How do you decide what to keep and what to throw away?
